Message from the Secretary

It is an extremely proud and gratifying to announce that the Teacher’s Education Courses offered in
Chittaranjan Smriti Teachers’ Training College, in Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur, has been training teachers successfully year after year. The stakeholders with their thirst for brilliance have continuously put in their finest efforts. Their matchless discipline & enthusiasm has earned the Institute a place not only within Uttar Dinajpur but also in entire state of West Bengal. The College is recognized by NCTE for both its Bachelor of Education & Diploma in Elementary education courses. I hereby would like to pray that all the members (including teaching and non-teaching staff) of the
Chittaranjan Smriti Teachers’ Training College ardently follow a way of education which holds social relevancy and is morally acceptable. By doing so the college is playing a significant role spreading knowledge and training qualified skilful prospective teaching staff for academic leaders who are well versed with the present technologically advanced society and education institutes. Thus, on the whole, the college is working towards improving the society’s competitive spirit to meet the demands of the rising knowledge market.

Let us join hands with determination to cultivate a society that is well-educated and has a positive temperament learned at the very onset of their educational beginnings.
